Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 60 days written notice is required for cancellations. In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may waive or negotiate cancellation fees. Cancellation by Silverwave Events, in the unlikely event that we need to cancel your event, we will provide a full refund and work with you to fine a suitable alternative.
