PAYMENT & REFUNDABLE POLICY
Full payment of the specified invoice amount is required to be deposited into the provided bank details at least two (3) months-before the event date. This advanced payment ensures our dedication to delivering unparalleled service, as we meticulously prepare for your event. Please note that non-payment implies that the event is neither booked nor confirmed, and consequently, our services and items will not be rendered.
Cash payments are strictly not accepted at our office or any event venues. Clients are encouraged to make payments via secure bank transfer or cheque. In the case of cheque payments, it must be cashed or cleared at least 28 working days before the scheduled setup date. Kindly be advised that the management of SILVERWAVE EVENTS cannot be held responsible for payments made into a third-party account different from the one specified in our official invoice.
After payment is successfully made into our company's account, please be informed that there will be no refund in the event of cancellation without providing a prior notice of at least 21 days before the scheduled event date.
REFUND POLICY FOR RENTAL SERVICES:
An included charge in every invoice serves as a refundable deposit. This deposit acts as a security fee for items in the client's possession, contributing towards potential damages or losses. After a successful event and the retrieval of all items, full refunds will be processed within 48 hours. In cases where retrieval is unsuccessful due to damage or loss of some items in the client's possession, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
Additionally, it is important to note that the fees and services provided are according to the quantity and price at the time of request, subject to increase based on any changes or additions made after the initial agreement.
By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
